How to buy online?

What is Parvapass?

The Parvapass is a rechargeable and non-transferable card. It has a chip inside, which you can recharge at our ticket offices or from any place with internet access, allowing quick access to the lift. You must carry the Parvapass and it is not necessary to show your card, but a modern access control, based on a photographic system, recognizes users when their Parvapass is valid. 

The Parvapass must be purchased with at least one product (Example: day ticket, minor, high season).

What should I bring to enter La Parva?

The requirements of Carabineros (Reten Farellones +56 22 9222835) at the moment are:

  • Mandatory mask, each member of the vehicle must have it.
  • Prove that you are from a transition commune. (Driver’s license, residence certificate or affidavit)
  • Carrying chains (mandatory in winter)
  • Because it is in the winter period there are schedules:

Upload schedules 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Drop off times 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

What do I need to climb?

Los requerimientos de Carabineros (Reten Farellones +56 22 9222835) por el momento son:

  • Mascarilla obligatoria, cada integrante del vehículo debe poseerla.
  • Acreditar que sea de una comuna de transición. (Licencia de conducir, certificado de residencia o declaración jurada)
  • Porte de Cadenas (obligatorio en invierno)
  • Por estar en periodo de invierno hay horarios:

Horarios de Subida 8:00 a 14:00

Horarios de Bajada 15:00 a 20:00

How can I get the super Senior benefit pass?

The conditions are:

  1. Have property in La Parva (credit it with an account for: electricity, water, gas, contributions)
  2. Being a Blackpass buyer for at least the previous 3 years (in this case 2018-2019-2020) is reviewed in the system.
  3. Be 66 years old.

What happens if I lose my Parvapass?

If you lose your Parvapass and it is personalized in your name on laparva.cl, come or contact Customer Service immediately to block it. To revalidate your days loaded into another Parvapass you must pay $5,000 for your new Parvapass card. If these have already been used there is no way to recover them. If you are not registered and therefore your Parvapass is not personalized, there is no way to validate your information and you will lose your ski day.

Where should I carry my Parvapass to access the gates?

In the left or right pocket of your jacket. Ideally in your arm pocket, away from your cell phone, credit cards or implements that emit radio frequency.

Where can I check how many charges my Parvapass has?

To find out the balance of your Parvapass, you must contact Customer Service in cordillera or send an email toservicioalcliente@laparva.cl . They will be able to check the balance of your Parvapass.
